A River of Stones: Day 19

Shot weeks ago at North Chagrin Nature Reserve

Nothing extraordinary today. No furry visitors, or winter wonderland. Although the snow today was beautiful, no particular profoundly provocative words came to mind. No photographs today. Nothing much to speak of really. A dull day filled with reading and writing. Now at midnight I sit and reflect; this was a good day. Quiet. Coursework completed. No phone calls. Just me and my studies. Yes, this was a good day.

    1. Yes, I know you are. So am I. I used to shoot exclusively in B&W — back in the days of film. Haven’t mastered the art in digital photography, but have begun experimenting. This represents an early attempt. Haven’t come anywhere near the quality I could get with film, but I’ll keep plugging away. I follow some excellent digital B&W photographers (take a bow) and hope to some day join their/your ranks.
