Thanks Asti. The tree is interesting. I remember the day I shot that photo, and the fact that I must have taken a dozen shots of that tree, but this shot is by far the best. The bark was so interesting.
No, some kind of LARGE bush that grows outside my window. Photo was shat through the large, living room window, then I cropped it close to show the texture.
Thanks Nancy. Yes, that is one of the things that caught my eye when I shot this photo. I kept looking over my shoulder to see who was watching!!! LOL! and I caught him . . . er . . . “it” in the act!
Have a glorious Sunday 🙂
Thanks. The tree is a photo from a trail I hiked when we were still living in the metro-DC area in early summer (or maybe late spring.) The top photo was taken from my living room window here in Cleveland just a day or two ago. Hope your day is going well. 🙂
Gorgeous examples of texture!
Thanks HoaiPhal. Glad you like them.
Beautiful! I love how green the leaves are…so full of life!
Thanks Erin. I’m glad you like them. I feel the same way, about how they are full of life. . .lush! Thanks for stopping by.
Beautiful Cecelia.. great shots and so interesting. Not sure which one I like the best so it’s a good thing that I do not have to chose.
Thanks Patrecia. Glad you like the photos. Hope you have a glorious day.
Amazing! I love your interpretation of “texture”, because I’m actually struggling to find mine! My favorite is the tree 🙂

Beautiful photos of very different textures! Love the contrast of young and old, fairly smooth and rough.
