    1. Thanks Marina. It was just one of those days, the kind we all dream of, when the sunlight is right, the reflections are clear, and all is right with the world! 🙂

    1. Thank you frizztext. The first three photos were all take at Brookside Garden in Maryland, where so many of the photographs you see on my blog are taken. Thanks for stopping by.

  1. Beautiful photos! The majority invite you in and create a feeling of serenity. However, the third one down is exciting – full of nature, beauty and things to see. Great job!

    1. Thankyou T&A,
The third one down is probably my favoriet…at least today. The day I shot that and the one above it was one of those perfect days for going out and shooting photos. It was a day all photographers hope for. As you can see, I got some really interesting photos. Glad you liked the them and that you took the time to comment. 🙂

    1. The theme is receiving rave reviews 🙂 so I’m keeping it! And the water shots are some of my favorites. It’s great when all the elements are working together — a photographer’s dream!

    1. 🙂 You hit the nail on the head! It is indeed the Jefferson Memorial. We live in the metro-DC area, on the other side of the Potomac in VA, and we get into the District fairly often. I want to do a whole series on the monuments and historical landmarks but not sure how much longer we’ll be her. Glad you liked the photo. DC is a very photogenic city!

    1. WOW! I feel so honored! Thank you so much. I have enjoyed blogging so much, and even more since I’ve gotten involved in WP weekly post and weekly photo challenge. Thank you so much for adding me to your “buddy” list 🙂 You made my day!

    1. Thank you. Thise photos (except for the Jefferson Memorial) were taken in the fall of the year at the same garden where I got the butterfly shot. I am glad you like it. 🙂
